Fix: Visual Voicemail not working in iOS 11

Solution 2 – Check your network connection

You Visual voicemail won’t work if you’re not properly connected to the internet. So, make sure you’re connected to a Wi-Fi network, or you have Data on.

Solution 3 – Turn Airplane mode on/off

A few users have also reported that turning the Airplane mode on and back off resolves the Visual Voicemail issue in iOS 11. So, that’s exactly what we’re going to do now.

Here’s how to turn the Airplane mode on/off in iOS 11:

2. Switch the Airplane Mode on
3. Wait for about 20 seconds
4. Turn the Airplane Mode back off

Solution 4 – Reset Network settings

But before we move on, you should know that resetting the network settings will erase all your WiFi passwords, and saved networks. So, think twice before proceeding.

Here’s how to reset the network settings in iOS 11:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Now, head over to General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
3. Enter your passcode.
4. Tap Reset network settings.
