Restart your device

- Press and hold Sleep/Wake button for 10 seconds until you see red slider.
- Drag the slider to turn the device off.

Clear Safari History and Data
If videos won’t play on Safari, the first step you should take is clearing your History and Website Data.

- Select Safari
- Tap Clear history and website data
- Confirm action by tapping Clear History and Data
Reset network settings
In many cases, the problem can be solved with resetting network settings. You should first try to switch between mobile network and wireless connection. If the problem still persists, move on with resetting your network settings.
- Open Settings
- Tap General and then Reset
- Choose Reset network settings
All of your connection settings will reset to factory settings.
Reset all settings
If network reset is not enough, you should move on to a full reset of your iOS device. This will just reset all of your settings but won’t change or delete any data.
- Open Settings
- Tap General and then Reset
- Select Reset all settings
Deselect and then select back your Wi-Fi network
In some occasions, you should try to forget your home or office network, and connect again to fix this issue.
- Choose Settings
- Tap Wi-Fi
- Select your network and tap Forget this network
- Reconnect to network again
Reset your wireless router and update its firmware
The common problem occurs with router and devices that are connected to it. Try resetting your router. Also, there is a possibility that router installed firmware is outdated. To update your router firmware do as following:
- Connect your PC and router via ethernet
- Enter router IP address in web browser’s address bar
- Enter your login information provided via internet provider
- Open Firmware, Router Upgrade, or Update page
- Click Check button to see is there any update available
- If available, install the firmware update.
