Android Nougat is latest OS developed by Google. Many users are quite satisfied with speed and stability of this platform. Nevertheless, as many time occurred, some of you may find yourselves searching for options that you are used to having on your Marshmallow OS. They are most certainly present but maybe are hidden and you have an issue finding them.
One useful option that is a habit of many of Android users is Scroll Up to Answer. Simple, the second option of answering receiving the call by scrolling upwards. The first is, of course, the green button. Is it a thing of individual preference or maybe the easier way to answer while in a hurry, it’s your call. Often is disabled by default so we will help you to get it back. Meanwhile, your only option is a red/green button.
Enabling the Scroll Up to Answer option on your Android 7.0
To enable this option you have to do as following:
1.Go to the Settings
2.Select Accessibility
3.Then tap Switch Access
4.Turn Switch Access ON.
That is the one way to change the style of answering incoming calls.
Other is to just tap the icon of your contact in top right corner. This will change your answering option from a red/green button to swipe to answer.
Personalisation of your Android to the inch is one of the main advantages of this Nougat 7.0 OS. You can make it work just the way you want it. And there are not many boundaries, especially when it comes to phone’s long forgotten primary use: to call and receive calls.
