Samsung is known as an innovator. They introduced so many hardware and software novelties over years, and even Apple is behind them in that regards. Now, not so long ago they updated Flow app, a software that lets you connect your Samsung phone to Windows 10. First, let’s list the requirements you’ll need to meet in order to use this tool:
- Windows 10 computer or hybrid device with Creators Update installed.
- All Samsung smartphones that come with Android 6.0 Marshmallow and onwards.
- All Samsung tablets that come with Android 7.0 Nougat.
- Galaxy Tab S3 and later.
- Bluetooth and Wi-Fi Direct.
You’ll need to download both Android app from Play Store and Windows 10 Metro app from Windows Store. Once you’ve acquired both, you’ll have easy time pairing up the devices. After that, you by following the instructions, you can easily finish the setup.
With latest handsets from Galaxy series, S6, S7, and S8, you’ll be able to unlock your Windows 10 PC with a fingerprint scanner. Moreover, you can now sync the phone’s notification with PC, share the connection and implement multiple devices into pairing, without a need to turn to a third-party tool.
In addition, Samsung announced support for the Windows Hallo feature, which controls advanced log-in technics on Windows 10, including fingerprint or reticule readings.
